The belief of the host of this podcast seems to be that cheating on your partner is completely fine and doesn’t hurt anyone. Furthermore any consequences the person you hurt suffers is their problem. Completely leaving out things like lifelong sexuality transmitted infections and robbing someone of their on autonomy bodily and mentally.
I tried to listen this with an open mind but it’s a bunch of word salad, should be called “just cheat it’s fine” absolutely terrible advice.
She thinks people should be proud of themselves in their infidelity situation and brushing their teeth in the morning. This is drivel and she is ok with people emotionally abusing their partners. This is how cheaters live with themselves- great insight into how their minds operate
Life is often imperfect, challenging and messy. Love listening to a nonjudgmental voice offering unbiased support.
I so appreciate how Dr Murphy honors the humanity of everyone and doesn’t demonize. She is solid in her coaching and truly wants to help people. Thank you, Dr Murphy, for helping me more than you know!
