I’m ultra fussy about sleep podcasts and dislike almost every one I’ve tried. This one is perfect. Another reviewer called it the Goldilocks of sleep podcasts. No ads to wreck the vibe, no ultra breathy voice trying to jump on the ASMR trend, just a calm gentle voice guiding you to sleep. The sleep hypnosis eps really work, breathing guidance actually works to calm your nervous system, I even like the sleep story episodes and I don’t like sleep stories. The types of stories are real. Voice and intonation is very enjoyable. The information related to improving sleep is fun and helpful.
I’ve been suffering from insomnia for a few months. My sister mentioned this podcast, and I was not very optimistic. But it works! I’ve been listening for over a month now, and I always fall asleep while listening to it. Thank you!
I’ve tried a billion of these and I’m very Goldilocks about it all. Some are too “woo-woo,” some are extended advertisements for some other app or service, some of them are just not well-written.
But Suzanne is a pro. Her voice is perfect, the stories are legitimately engaging (but not super exciting, which is perfect), and her scientific explanations about what’s going on with us insomniacs are easy to understand and quite helpful.

I’ve tried so many different podcasts for sleeping, specifically sleep hypnosis, and this is the only one that has been working for me lately. I especially love the sleep stories. Her voice is also very soothing. Thank you so much for helping me with my bedtime overthinking and anxiety 🧡
