Torie is very good and clearing away the chaos and confusion.
It’s very healing and validating to hear Torie’s personal
experiences which she shares so generously and her very clear and insightful guidance how to deal with narcissist parents. This podcast has been very clarifying for me and my family’s dynamics. I didn’t realize until this past year how much tolerance I had developed for such toxic behaviors by others. This has also been very validating bc my sister and I have convos about trying to figure out what’s going on in our family and this podcast has brought up a lot of things we brought up with each other organically. It’s hard to understand if you don’t grow up with this kind of family bc on the outside they appear as sai... more
