政大民族系暨社會責任辦公室副執行長王雅萍老師，總是穿著民族風的服飾，今天可能早上在烏來、明天下午就在台東，後天又準備到泰國去。她的學術歷程跨越歷史、民族學與教育，最終把研究重心定錨於臺灣原住民議題，回應個人的生命經驗，也回應社會的真實需求。
在部落實踐與民族學教育上，雅萍老師強調「陪伴而非介入」，對文化抱持敏感度與「互為主體」的尊重理解；同時也鼓勵具數位優勢的年輕原住民回到部落，成為文化轉譯者與傳承的關鍵力量。
