I am sure there’s good advice sprinkled in here somewhere but could we get to the point? On and on saying the same thing, yet saying nothing at all is truly an accomplishment.
Also - why does she believe that doing the dishes ONCE a day is all that’s needed? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and more snacks, drinks.

I found this podcast about 2 months ago and have been listening to old episodes almost daily. Her methods are so easy to implement NOW. I have done or tried some before, but I need to refresh my memory or gain a different perspective to try them again.
