Late diagnosed female therapist with inattentive ADHD. Have struggled to listen to other adhd podcasts as they often feel too prescriptive (and focused on one type of an adhd experience) or are a little too earnest. This podcast is amazing - so funny, validating, engaging, relatable, flexible, and I think a lot of the therapeutic content is pretty solid. Feels like a joy to listen to rather than homework haha.
Russ is a real human being, talking to you rather than talking at you. He’s genuine and fun, and there’s always something useful in every episode.
Russ is the real deal. An authentic and creative human who is dedicating his life to helping others with ADHD. I always learn something useful from Russ and get to laugh at the same time.

ADHD Big Brother has been a game-changer for me. Russ has an incredible way of breaking down ADHD struggles with honesty, humor, and insight. His relatable approach makes it feel like you’re listening to a friend who truly understands. He shares personal experiences without making it all about himself, offering practical advice that actually helps. The podcast has motivated me to take real action in my life, making meaningful changes to feel better overall. If you have ADHD and want a mix of sup... more
