  • Best adhd podcast everrrrrr

Late diagnosed female therapist with inattentive ADHD. Have struggled to listen to other adhd podcasts as they often feel too prescriptive (and focused on one type of an adhd experience) or are a little too earnest. This podcast is amazing - so funny, validating, engaging, relatable, flexible, and I think a lot of the therapeutic content is pretty solid. Feels like a joy to listen to rather than homework haha.
