    Coaching with Mrs. B gives great insight to the difficulties that come with being a teaching coach within a school. This episode in particular uses data tracking and usage to track where support is most needed and how to provide that support, because not everyone starts in the same place. I like that Ms. B breaks down different ideas for how to start with a new teacher, especially ones that may not have had coaches before or don’t know how having a coach could benefit their classrooms.
