I have been an avid listener for about a year, if you are wanting someone to finally tell you the cold, hard truth about health and nutrition then this is the podcast for you. Alexis does the research and articulates an entertaining podcast, distributing it in a way that’s honest and inspiring. EVERY episode leaves me encouraged to find accountability in myself about my health and nutrition.
Listened to the first 20 episodes and it was amazing advice. Over the last year it has become more and more about politics. People don’t subscribe and listen to be lectured about far left politics, please stick to what this podcast was originally supposed to be about.
Really enjoy this show! Helps me understand more about macros and weight loss. Really loved the fiber episode! Great job!!
