Hands down, this is the best podcast on the current state of China out there. I rarely miss an episode. Miles has a deep understanding of the CCP and how it operates, with his overriding concern being for the wellbeing of the people of China and of the world. He communicates his thoughts in an interesting, clear, and elegant way.

Any conversation about the PLA or the cross strait military balance is generally not grounded in the large body of evidence which exists for study.
