I love that Russ clearly cares about his clients and the way he talks to us on the podcast is really authentic! Love it!
By far one of the best marketing and sales podcast to listen to. I’ve done COD and I’m in their mastermind group but still listen to these episodes! To get to mastery level it takes a lot of repetition! So I’m excited for this new season of episodes 🤩
If you want to create your own business and make money there so NO better training
This is real value. I’ve never seen anyone so committed to making sure everyone wins. From staff to clients, the culture and goals of COD are different and it permeates everything they do. That’s why they have such a track record of success. I’m forever grateful for Russ and his team of AMAZING coaches.
Russ has great guidance—highly recommend following his guidance as it is effective, has compassion, and helps you get the freedom you want!

Need that Podcast for Motivation & Information. Listening to it while wandering around. Misses that Podcast and I like the length ~40mins. Keep it up!
Great podcast, been binging on this. Thanks Russ and the COD team!
What happened to the longer 30min-1hr episodes?
Now it just feels like thinly veiled ads for their workshop...smh
A used to be good content. C’mon guys.
They share some great information that you can't get anywhere else. I am not in the program but the content they share on itunes and facebook is awesome. They talk the truth and reveal the lies nobody else talks about. Keep it up.
The show definitely has and makes some good points. However I feel like it’s a 70/30 split between it being a sales pitch for their Clients on Demand program and actual helpful information. The 70% in favour of it being a sales pitch.
Key themes from listener reviews, highlighting what works and what could be improved about the show.
