So much value is given in this podcast! It is an absolute must listen for all women, especially midlife women! Thank you so much for sharing all the incredible information!
Not sure how long I'll listen. Her use of the cliché "girlfriend" is insulting, frankly. We are women. Grown adult women calling their female friends "girlfriend" is juvenile. Mature women don't do this.
Also, annual mammograms for all women over 40? No, thank you.
I’ve really appreciated Dr. Anna and many of her podcasts, but the recent episode with Dr. Margaret Christensen was alarming. Giving a platform to anti-vaccine voices and those who support RFK — someone openly anti-vax and reckless in his attacks on our healthcare system — is deeply concerning. Yes, our healthcare system needs reform, but he is absolutely not the person to do it. I urge you to be far more careful in choosing future guests.
The diversity of topics, quality of content, and thorough vetting of information shared can’t be beat. It is vital to have a host who is not only committed to asking good questions, but also the ability to synthesize and translate the information for the audience. Dr. Anna consistently delivers knowledge, heart, humor, sincerity, and life changing episodes. A sincere heartfelt thank you to Dr. Anna and a passionate encouragement to listeners to add this podcast to your rotation!
