I think the concept and the nature of the series is great at getting to the core of what we, the public want to know from these consequential leaders. However, Sorkin’s abrupt and interrupting style grates. I also think the way he needles at guests’ attempts to skirt direct answers misses just asking the real question. I got increasingly irritated by the interviewer who constantly put words in the guest’s mouth, interrupted the guest, and had a great deal of difficulty asking open questions and letting his guest have the stage.
