  • Thank you

I absolutely love this show. I’ve been listening from day one and it has truly changed my life for the better. Thank you for normalising taking things one step at a time and celebrating the small wins. So important right now in a world that feels more and more all or anything, with us or against us. It feels good to allow ourselves the space to take it slow which is incredibly impactful. I was thinking that it would be fabulous if there was some sort of directory where we could easily find your ... more

  • Fab Pod!

Hi both, I love the podcast and find your advice and topics of discussion to be so helpful, informative, and (importantly) non-judgemental. My question is about blending fruits - I love a good smoothie and find it a quick and easy way to pick up on plant points but I’ve seen comments online about how blending fruits can reduce their health benefits and I would appreciate hearing your expert opinions on this! Thanks in advance ☺️

  • I love some episodes and others not so much

I’ve listened to the podcast ever since this first started, and followed Ella for many years before that. I’m very interested in the topics discussed and find most episodes amazing. Yet, there are moments where I find Ella dishonest, or avoiding saying what she thinks, where I realise this really is just a persona and I don’t know her at all. I’m especially sensitive to this so I’m put off.

  • Vitamin D and babies

Hello! Long term listener, absolutely love what you girls do. Have taken many small but practical tips from you, such as a sprinkle of seeds on my morning porridge to up those plant points. I wonder if you could clarify further about the use of vitamin D supplementation. I had my second baby 7 months ago and currently still breastfeeding. I was given vitamin D drops from my healthcare visitor for my baby however it’s really hard to remember to use them. I’m aware babies can get a small amount of... more
