  • Podcast only not Zoe N & Sc

I have been listening to the podcasts since the time they started. I do not believe I have missed any major ones and repeated several of them, which was more relevant to basic science. At times, these podcasts spend a substantial portion of the time on the logic and the science itself. In itself, it’s not a bad but I think Zoe overdoes it. • Alcohol episode

I’m confused about this episode. Alcohol doesn’t ease anxiety, it makes it worse in the long term. Red wine isn’t beneficial for you. This is a podcast advocating for health and nutrition and this episode felt like it really played down the damage alcohol does.

  • Interesting, but borderline advertorial

Interviewer’s voice can sound very tiresome, and it’s hardly forensic questioning. Prof Tim invariably sounds bored and too intense imho.
