Hard to keep listening when the tone is not engaging.
So many good tips! I listen to almost every episode. Thank you for giving your listeners so much health advice.
While the podcast provides good information about nutrition, the hosts’ chatty style often gets monotonous. They seem to favor meat-based meals over vegetarian sources of protein. And they often plug supplements their company sells vs generic OTC supplements.
I have difficulty listening to these podcasts due to your voice changes. You have a beautiful voice and you present valuable information but you let your voice drop into a gravel sound at the end of each sentence.
In my most humble (yet extremely accurate) opinion, I believe this is absolutely the BEST nutritional podcast that exists right now! I have learned so much from this podcast, and it explains all the scientific facts in such a way that it makes me say, “Oh, I get it now; that makes sense!” Thanks to these ladies for all their hard work and efforts to help us all become healthier!
