    I wrote the review below this a few years ago. I hate to say it but Kimberly Snyder is just a grifter. She pushes her extreme, unsustainable vegan and spiritual lifestyle on vulnerable people. She has a naturally petite body and good genes. She uses that to trick vulnerable people struggling with their weight and health into buying her books and supplements when her extreme diet principles fail them.
