  • What on earth?

I am a long time listener of Food Psych and am grateful for the insight and the strength it gave me in its original form. I was troubled by the switch to putting part of episodes behind a paywall but stuck with it. Episode 333 however had an advert for a weight loss app. This once safe space doesn’t feel so safe anymore…

  • Insightful but please ditch the self-promo

The episodes are very informative and insightful in combatting harmful diet culture ideas. However, the continuous self-promotion (different books and courses etc) drives me crazy. I understand the author needs money to be able to continue to do this work, but I highly recommend taking it down a notch.
