This podcast is life-changing. This is the first time in my 40 something years that I have been able to get away from the food noise. I joined her membership as well and it is making a huge difference in my mental well-being and ability to reach my weight goals
She just repeats "how you struggle with food and it's okay" over and over, but there are no effective solutions unless you buy her coaching program. There’s nothing to learn here, for real
I will start by saying that I found this podcast in my search to change my lifestyle for my HEALTH and not to lose weight. I’m a very thoughtful and feeling person, but not much of a doer, so this podcast being a lot of thought and feeling work really resonates with me.
