I watched a video regarding stockholm syndrome and the tatic given to break free from it by ending all communication doesnt help someone like myself who is bound with children and homeownership. I found the information to be helpful in learning more about it and that its not just in my head. I just wish there was more help and information on how to go about breaking this bond and cycle when you have to have communication with that person due to children or finances.
I found Inner Integration years ago in the early stages of healing from narc abuse and it was immensely helpful to validate my feelings and give me the confidence to take my next steps to heal.
UNFORTUNATELY since 2020, Meredith’s content on multiple platforms for Inner Integration has devolved into spreading a lot of disinfo in what seems to be Meredith’s attempt to point out larger systems of narcissistic abuse.
