Love love love hearing the inspirational stories and reminder/tips that Jorge has to share. I’ve increased my 16 hour fast to 20 and it feels like a 23 hour fast is possible. Feeling fantastic!
Love Jorge Cruise his podcasts and tips have always been fantastic!
Ibonky listened to one episode with Mark Sisson. It was cringe when the host kept trying to direct the conversation instead of just letting him speak. If your out of time, your out of time. We understand you have much to contribute but why bring people on the show if your just going to talk over them and cut them off?
Lots of great information and Jorge has years of experience to learn from.
