  • Great show

I just recently stumbled upon this podcast and not only do I love Kava and feel that it’s a huge reason that I quit drinking and helped through the soreness of losing 135 pounds, especially in the beginning of the weight loss journey but just a culture itself. I love this podcast definitely highly recommend it.

  • Impossible to listen to

I can’t tell you if this podcast is great or not because it’s impossible to listen to it. The woman is about 4x louder than the man. I cannot hear him AT ALL if I turn the volume to a comfortable level for her voice. Please people, listen back to your podcasts before you publish them. I tried a few episodes and gave up. My ears were in pain! Sorry.
