Just the type of content I love and delivered in such a fun and engaging manner. I’ve listened to plenty of psychology podcasts and none have hooked me the way these two have. I find myself literally laughing out loud AND learning something from each episode. The banter between these two feels so genuine. Not only has this been a show I tune into to learn something, but it’s also become a comfort listen. Keep doing what you’re doing guys, you rock!

I am in my second year of my MSW degree and just started an internship where I will begin to be assigned clients soon. Trying... more
This is one of the few therapeutic based podcasts that will keep my attention. I love listening and I so value their vulnerability, humanness, and humor that they bring to each episode. I’m excited to for episodes to come!

Also- I never leave reviews, but as a fellow therapist, I know we enjoy the occasional positive feedback so I thought I would feed your egos a ... more
The ACT episode was great! It was the first episode I listened to of you guys and I’ve been binge listening since! I am in grad school and found that episode because I’m doing ACT small groups at a high school. The coins in the hand analogy was so great and I shared it with my class.
