    This is really helpful podcast - the way the stories are told and unfolded, the structure of the show, is really wonderful. One minor note is if there’s anything to improve the audio quality? The host is muffled sounding, there are P pops on the mike etc. I hope you can get a professional setup because the content absolutely warrants it! (I realize this stuff is expensive no pressure)

    Hearing other people’s stories is helping me recognize and process all the abuse I went through with a narcissist parent who groomed their golden child to be one as well.

    As the youngest and smallest I was a trial victim for my sibling and could never understand before why I never had fairness or even protection from his abuse. I then would be punished for allowing his attacks in a double lose situation. Now I understand it was generational narcissistic abuse in the making. I’m glad I broke free... more
