I also suggest that science studies best be explained like in a conversation style, instead of like reading a peer reviewed journal! also a lot “ums" and "uhs” when you not following script, a Toastmaster program might help! Dr Greger’s work is essential and I couldn’t do without him. Nobody else puts such rigour and humour into their podcasts. His books are perfect and I must have read How Not to Diet about 10 times now (and used the information to drop the final two dress sizes and become my perfect weight - BMI 22).
It’s not possible to describe how critical his work is: bringing the science directly to the public, giving us the power to change our health in meaningful ways - and for free, too! He deserves a No... more
