This was a great podcast, I am almost vegan and this really helped me to shift in that diection. Even tho I have know about Dr. Neal for yrs, this was really good to hear. I have lost 119 lbs over 2-1/2 yrs with fasting and calorie restriction. I want to move on to be “ normal”. Thank you so much for the eye opener!

  • Not just gas

One of your reasons was for the environment, very very true. But isn’t just cows gas, tearing down the rainforest, destroying what keeps the earth safer is a huge reason to just eat plants, beans, and grains.

  • A key to living life to the full

So thankful for the experts who give so much of their time and resources to empowering the everyday person to live a strong, fit, and balanced life. As a Christian, I know Jesus wants us to live life to the full and there’s no doubt, good nutrition is a significant part of the ability to do so.

    Thanks Chuck!
