    Newly diagnosed ADHD 27-year-old here. I am trying to figure out this situation, trying to not be too harsh with myself, while simultaneously drowning in the overwhelming ocean of emotions (an emocean, if you will).   • I could listen to Megs all day long

    Megs is such a wealth of knowledge and brilliance when it comes to speaking the language of an ADHDer. Her podcasts are full of wisdom, her voice is easy to listen to, and she just GETS the neurodiverse brain. Her online community is a huge benefit to me and keeps me motivated, helps me look at my behavior more closely, and is the nudge I’ve needed to finally start dealing with the clutter in my life.
