  • Yes👍

My fave podcast, love the fact that it’s primarily running based but the more you listen you realise that’s just the main thread to hang many of Paul and Robs lovely, relatable life insights onto.

Both books are great too. Paul’s as an real inspiration to an older runner and Robs as a real comfort to running through grief.

  • Makes me smile every time

This is by far my favourite podcast- and I listen to A LOT of podcasts. It’s great to listen on a solo run, feels like you’re having a lovely catch up with mates, except you don’t need to worry about doing any talking. Makes me smile every time, often makes me grin at random strangers.

It’s the only podcast I’ve ever subscribed to, as I’d definitely buy these two a drink if I could.
