A huge thank you to you and your co-hosts for the podcast. It’s been incredibly valuable in my own running journey, especially during longer runs and ultra attempts. Your advice has helped me more than I can explain and most importantly it’s helped me learn to be kinder to myself along the way. Thank you for being so honest, genuine, and real. I’m really looking forward to your second book.
I love this podcast so much, it’s the only one I listen to religiously. it’s funny, inspiring, honest and brave. Allie and her co-hosts Kirsty and Holly are fab and I’m basically a huge fan!
To be honest I don’t listen to much other than running podcasts and the odd comedy one because I’m sad like that but I absolutely LOVE this one. Allie is a skilled host and I love Holly and Kirsty as co-hosts.
My favourite thing about RWSY pod is the straight-talking kindness, honesty and wisdom that all of the presenters offer. They are generous with their insights and clearly care about their audience.

I don’t run ultras, I don’t live in the UK but I can’t get enough of this pod! Really enjoying listening to similar aged running ladies chatting on this pod…& crikey has it got me on the stair master @ the gym!!
I’ve binged this since discovering it in September, mammoth effort to catch up!
Listening to a ‘wintering’ pod whilst in the driving wind and rain on the PW seemed fitting. I also laughed out loud to the bit about advent calendars, you’ll have to listen to find out!
