Dear Snoozecast listener—hi, it’s Vee.
I wanted to speak directly to you, because many of you have reached out over the past few weeks—some checking in, some offering kind words, and some understandably worried that something was wrong. First, I wan... more

Used to be my favorite. Now it’s updated whenever, they’ve added “you might also like”, which I Don’t, voices and content that has nothing to do with sleep. Then October - if you’re not a fan of Halloween and ghost stories, don’t even bother. Bottom line is - they want you to become a paid subscription member.
I love the stories this Podcast puts out. I almost subscribed but I have a weird aversion to “mouth sounds” when people talk. The female who reads some of the stories is great and relaxing. The man unfortunately has mouth sounds which ruins it for me. It’s tough finding Podcasts where people don’t have mouth sounds, but I’m always on the hunt for them. Wish people would use a foam windscreen on their mic.
Not a major complaint. I love Snoozecast; I’ve been listening since 2019. But they used to have new stories DAILY. I get that that is unrealistic to maintain, but it dwindled down to 3x wk, 1x wk, and now it’s pretty random. Now Apple Podcasts is suggesting other sleep pods and I don’t wanna but I might have to.
Used to really love this podcast and would leave it playing through the night. Now, anytime a new episode starts, there’s a very loud and startling advertisement. It has startled me awake numerous times. For that reason, I have other podcasts I leave on through the night instead. I may listen to an episode from this podcast as my first episode of the night, but that is it. I didn’t mind the ads when “V” would read them.
I’m so grossed out by the obvious AI cover art for Persuasion that I just can’t enjoy the program anymore.
