Holy cow, this show is hilarious. I found it from a friends recommendation and I've actually never worked in the service industry, but based on what they told me I had to listen. This sh** is INSANE. Some of these stories are unbelievable. You have to listen. I will never interact with another service industry employee the same way again. Love Mr. Jesse Wood!
