I found this podcast to be surprisingly helpful on the heels of a breakup. Don’t let the low production value fool you. If you’re in pain from a relationship with a BPD and are going no contact. This is great for motivation.
I’m a young lad with BPD and this podcast is really useful to me - there are some had pills to swallow, sure, but it’s necessary to really see what’s going on - I encourage others with bpd in treatment to listen to this to get an idea of what it looks like on the other side of the fence…
How many times can you repeat the same tired content? While some of the content is genuinely knowledgeable, it gets tedious quickly with its over-assurance and lack of self-awareness. Also, there is absolutely no sensitivity to how inaccessible good therapy is—most clinicians are clueless and stigmatizing. Dismissing “stigma” shows disregard for realities of MH system.
