  • a brilliant go-to podcast

It just occurred to me that the Baggage Reclaim Sessions is a podcast whose episodes I can return to again and again when I need to reflect on something. I really can’t say that about many other podcasts—so I’ve definitely owed it a glowing review for a few years now! Natalie’s insights are so well-put and memorable, as well as nuanced (super important when it comes to boundaries and self growth) and frankly very interesting. Definitely recommend this one!
