Discovered BBM a couple months ago when I was around 20 weeks pregnant. Dedicated CrossFit athlete who hasn’t stopped throughout this pregnancy, my first, but always looking for excellent info and found it here! Would like to see episodes on older women too- I’m 42 with this IVF baby- so things do change, whether pregnant or not, in aging. Trying to focus on relaxing pelvic floor- what a feat after years of staying super tight :) looking forward to more from BBM!!
