Bros. Richard’s podcast is very lovely and helpful. Helps me put structure into a practice I currently do not have the habit or knowledge to practice in my own, plus it’s free.
I'm so delighted to have stumbled upon this gentle supportive guidance into a practice of meditation. It's one I've been avoiding for fear of "failing" at. Brother Richard's explanations are so soothing and make me feel safe to enter stillness.
