Podcast is generally amazing. Great information education for people that don’t understand health and nutrition. Very surprised that you okayed some products from Costco that are packaged in plastic. Why?

I also have never liked the comparison to humans versus animals because gorillas, horses etc have different genetics than we do. We are also not about to eat as much as an animal like that to get enough amino acids to build that amount of muscle. This podcast desperately needs a new audio engineer and producer. The recording cuts Dr. Gundry off mid-sentence constantly and will not pick back up on his thoughts after the ad breaks. Also, the whole podcast sounds really sketchy - almost like they’re ripping Dr. Gundry’s audio off YouTube without his permission. It’s really messy, which is too bad because I love listening to Dr. Gundry. This podcast does not feel professional at all!
I enjoy the content but Dr. Gundry needs to avoid sounding so patronizing with his tone when saying “no, I have no affiliation with them.” Audiences appreciate it when the speaker respectfully responds whether they have any conflicts of interest regarding products mentioned.
