Also, perspective. Some people can be five pounds "overweight" and lead a very fulfilling, world-changing life.
I've listened to the first 20 episodes, several of which were duplicates though they had different titles. He keeps saying diets don't work, it just treats a symptom, we won't succeed due to our emotional need for food. He says the weight loss industry only wants our money and he doesn't, just keep listening and he's going to show us how to eliminate our emotional need for food ... But after 20 episodes i'm still waiting for him to tell me how, he just keeps repeating what he's already said and ... more
