    When new episodes drop, I am all over it. The beginning is Christina and Amanda who are relatable women talking about the real topics in life. They are like your close girlfriends, but super smart about health and fitness. The best of all is that they talk about how to heal food and body issues from the root cause. It’s not a podcast on how to lose weight, it’s a podcast about why you have struggled before, and how to change it from repeating. Such a great show that most women need to listen too... more

    Amanda and Christina’s new podcast is a great listen! Great humor and very relatable! First half always starts with what they have been up to and second half goes in to the health, nutrition and mindset.
