  • Otherwise great

The theme song makes me want to kill my family. I eventually set my player (Overcast) to skip the intro and outro so that I don’t have to hear it a anymore.

  • Poor Mic Quality

Sother and Greg! Please invest in some quality microphones and recording/podcasting equipment. I started listening to the show many years ago but you guys have not evolved technically with the rest of the podcast world. Content is great but it’s painful to listen to such horrible audio quality. Greg especially- it sounds like you’re calling in from a pay phone inside a very large hollow room. I understand you stopped recording in person from Roberta’s when the pandemic hit, but that was four yea... more

  • I love this show

It’s so fun to hear bartenders I’ve been a fan of chat. Haven’t tried the mountain Suze yet— weirdly, I can’t find Mountain Dew easily here in boston either?? And I just didn’t try as hard— but I did end up dusting off the Suze bottle at the back of my shelf & remembering how good it is on its own! Honestly this podcast gives me way too many ideas about what to try. #I❤️SE

Boulevardier, Je T’aime
Q: Do you think it's older than Negroni or not?
In terms of classic cocktails, I like the Boulevardier more than Negroni, that's for sure.
Boulevardier, Je T’aime
Q: How does this happen? What's the sort of mechanism behind the notion of resurrecting a 100-year-old magazine?
It's kind of like, with Sother, he's an author, but you're an author on a more regular schedule.
Ryes Above
Q: How do you see the future of spirits in relation to farming practices?
I believe my brand will have a significant impact on how distillers engage with agriculture, promoting sustainability and community connection.
Ryes Above
Q: Rob, could you tell us about your guiding philosophy behind Workhorse Rye?
It's about holistic thinking and making interesting spirits that emphasize agriculture and heirloom grains.
ROKC On!
Q: Can you talk about how your guest perceives the showmanship that you put into the cocktails?
We built a really good team to entertain, to make people happy.
