  • Woman-sphere: social media is for woman

Yes, there’s enough space for conservative nationalist woman to hock their snake oils implants, weaves, marriage tips, books, and vitamin injections, etc., on a Podcast.

Speaking as a former late 1980’s trad wife, I sold snake oils, vitamins, and slim down drinks long before an influencer was on social media. Our church was social media.

In fact, Christian women are way better at selling- it’s a family/faith grift. Mix beauty, health, family and faith, and show me the money.

  • Love them all except Political Gabfest

TBD and What Next are awesome! Absolutely horrified by the craven/out of touch takes in Political Gabfest (special shoutout to Emily Bazelon, woof).

Love Mary Harris so much! Five stars for her work for sure.

  • Stop interrupting

Just tried to listen to the bonus episode from Slate money on Elon Musk. Got through one minute and then had to turn it off because your host interrupts people continuously. Annoying to listen to a sort of overall generally disrespectful.

  • Trump’s Race Card Episode

Best episode of all time! Broadcast, repeat, and play again, and again. “Since 1973, it’s who the man is.., Biden slurs his words because of his stutter, has neuropathy in one leg, Biden’s policies are good for the country, Biden is respected in the world or Trump a failed business man who got his name by putting it on other people’s businesses, a racist, a rapist, a convicted felon, a conman who tripled the deficit, and failed his first term as President and lastly, Trump embraces dictators and... more
