Last fall I started working at a hospital in a support role with very little healthcare experience. Soon after I started listening to Turn on the Lights to help me understand more of my new environment. I cannot tell you how much this has helped me with background contextual understanding that my colleagues take for granted. I also feel more up to date on current healthcare challenges and opportunities which allows me to contribute more in discussions surrounding planning and policy.
