Some times our diet and weight loss goals fail because we don’t have accountability. Friends don’t wanna say anything mean spouses are not the best choice for accountability in this always. So having these options and having encouragement from a regular coach and fat loss expert is awesome. The idea about not changing things during the holiday season being that big of a step ahead going into January and not losing the progress you’ve made is a great challenge for me right now. Thanks, Phillip!!
I’m a personal trainer so really appreciate the conversations that Philip shares on this podcast. I especially enjoyed the one about women in their 50’s - clear, informative, educational, and no B.S.
I am a beginning in strength training and this was a great podcast to get stuck into. The host has a great voice and cadence, and seems to share well researched information. Check it out!
