After getting back into running after taking a mom hiatus, I finally found my long lost running sisters 🤣 I’m in the US (WI) so obviously the outside running world intrigues me. These girls are so personable, down to earth, and funny. I finally found a podcast that I enjoy listening to that doesn’t have professional athletes chatting my ear off about things I can’t relate to.
I have recently discovered this podcast, and since caught up on all episodes! I’ve come to look forward to each week. Real, down to earth, informative.. with a side of funny. I feel like the girls have become friends 😂
I’m getting back into running after a few years off battling depression. I’ve been looking for podcasts to help motivate and encourage me. I came across your podcast and love listening to it.
A great running podcast, particularly for Aussie women (nowhere near enough of those!).
A few minor things I think could be improved though (just as some feedback in case it helps! All said with love, not criticism! 🩷 Will definitely still continue to listen!)
The first is the audio - the intro is quite loud, and the girl’s voices are really quiet in comparison. And sometimes one of the girls’ voices can be a lot softer than the others, like maybe she’s too far from the mic, or the others ... more
