I generally like the content of this podcast and agree with most things the hosts say. Sometimes it feels like David doesn’t have a full understanding of the mental and physical impacts of complex PTSD. Changing the way you feel is not as simple as he makes it sound, if it were we’d all have healed ourselves long ago.
You have a great podcast! “My Parents don’t live me” episode helped me soo much in understanding why they are the way they are, I needed to hear all of that because I truly felt like it was always my fault and because of that I have pushed them away for years. I hope after listening to that episode things will get better. I took a lot of notes to help me. Thank You! Now off to listen to more episodes of your podcast🤍

I cannot believe how much this podcast resonated with me. I have a traumatic past and have read other things regarding the inner child but theses podcasts are so correct. David describes my situation , my troubles and struggles so accurately. I wish I had known about this approach earlier. Looking forward to working my way through the techniques and feel more hopeful than I have for years.
