Prompted to review (1st time EVER 🤯) after hearing the CNS-regulation with polyvagal theory ep. SO well-researched and presented. Almost every episode has exactly what I want to learn (highly “nutritious” and very low fluff/wasted time rambling “empty calories”). SO educational and RELEVANT/relatable ( appreciated as an irreverent 48 y.o. single child-free woman diagnosed 28 yrs ago with a raging case of ADHD and now suspected ASD!! )

I started listening to this podcast a few weeks ago and change is starting slowly.
Jen makes me feel normal. The best advice (so far) has been creating routine. Which I have started, in small steps and it has been very helpful. I am listening and getting tips and tricks to help me in my day to day, but not feeling overwhelmed, which is key.
