I love the advice and the clinical discussions that are brought up during this podcast. I work in the automotive profession with the added stress of work under flat rate. Burnout and depression is never talked about in my field and there is little support for these concern. These episodes speak to me because the stresses are very similar.

This is a pretty good podcast especially for GPs with burnout. I had had burnout a few times and am easily stressed and anxious, so I find this podcast overall useful. Although some of the episodes have a lot of chit chat and abstract kind of stuff, which is the downside. I find the shorter episodes more useful in terms of practical solutions
Great content, engaging guests. Loved listening to this over the past few months. As a busy GP in a leadership position this podcast has really helped navigate the foreseen (and unforeseen!) challenges life brings. Benefitted greatly from listening. Thank you!
