    I’ve actually been training with the brothers for years. It’s awesome that they started a podcast! They’re actually formally educated, unlike most trainers. Whether it’s training, nutrition, or healthy lifestyle advice, these guys know what they’re talking about!

  • Great content, better with video

    This is one of the better fitness podcasts out there. The hosts are knowledgeable and have great chemistry. I will say that the podcast is better with video (YouTube and Spotify) because sometimes they make references that require a visual.
