She asks insightful, thoughtful questions and approaches every topic with genuine empathy, compassion, and kindness. I truly trust her perspective and always look forward to her episodes. This has quickly become my favorite allergy podcast!

  • Should be required listening ✨

    Dr. Whitehouse’s interviews and her thoughts on managing anxiety and allergies is so incredibly helpful in a space where there can be a lot of fear and misinformation. She seeks out experts and real life stories that are so illuminating and informative—I’ve heard from multiple people that listening to some of these episodes drastically helped with their fear and helped them feel more empowered. Couldn’t recommend this podcast more!
