Please remember To include basic details in your explanations, for people that are newly trained; provide complete examples from beginning to end on how to use the protocols in each situation. Ie; psychotic disorders, or specific symptoms Or situations, especially those that are not always complex trauma.
I do a lot of reading, but listening to specific cases, and how to handle them has been very helpful.

Short time of episodes makes easy bites for listeners though I think this might be part of the challenge hosts are having. Hosts are knowledgeable, experienced, and interesting. Improved communication between hosts to not speak over one another (more organization of when each is to speak or who is asking the next question) would be helpful.
