  • Helpful, would recommend

I was assigned some of these pods as homework for CBT sessions. (Along with chapters of “When Panic Attacks.”) Dr. Burns is so cute and his examples are very helpful. I will likely continue listening to the show since it all seems generally helpful in life!

He’s become a cult leader. If his technique is so innovative, why is no one researching it?
