I’m finding Sarah’s podcast episodes to be exceptionally helpful in my brave attempt to turn back toward my own stuckness, again… and again… She conveys uncommon enthusiasm, empathy and wisdom, generously, and genuinely.
This podcast has shined a light on something that has been hovering over me for years. I am not crazy, lazy, worthless. I’m simply not working with my brain to achieve everyday tasks. But there is light at the end of the tunnel! And thanks to this podcast I’m feeling empowered to implement changes that will help me succeed at whatever I want to achieve (even if it’s just keeping the laundry up!)
I am so glad I stumbled on Sarah’s podcast! I just love the compassionate and positive way she communicates, and yet she is so clear and precise when describing the challenging of having an ADHD brain. There are so often lots of cringe words or phrases or advice given around ADHD, even by people who actually have ADHD! The fact that she is Neurotypical and still offers so much insight and such wonderful support and advice is truly awesome! Keep it up Sarah, Thank you!
As someone with ADHD and OCD, I have a hard time finding resources that help me deal with the mix of low motivation, decision paralysis, and perfectionism that often keeps me stuck. I’d recommend this podcast to anyone who finds themselves too overwhelmed to even get started putting ADHD hacks into practice.
I just started listening to this podcast a week ago and I love it so much and has so much helpful information for individuals who have ADHD or executive functioning issues. I’ve already implemented some of her strategies and I look forward to listening to more episodes!
